Centre for Energy Sciences (CES)
Research @ CES
The main scope of research for the Centre for Energy Sciences is to develop cutting edge energy technology that goes hand in hand with the environment. Here, we promote its applications through product development by working towards the goal of zero dependence on fossil energy. Valuable knowledge gained through the investigation and research conducted can help us to ensure that energy security is within our reach instead of a far-off dream.
There are five different research units at CES, namely Bioresources and Fuel Technology, Wind, Solar and Electric Power System, HVAC-R and Green Building Services, Energy Policy, Efficiency and Sustainability, and Thermal Energy and Waste Management. We believe that continuous research and development is instrumental in finding solutions to today's energy challenges.
